Vivlio Health is listed in the Hint Marketplace. Connect it to your practice and the outside record is requested, retrieved and organized for the patient in front of you, without leaving Hint.

How it works
Four steps, one sign-in.
Everything happens inside Hint. The only step that takes time is the network verification, and the status screen tells you where it stands.
Connect from the Hint Marketplace
Open Vivlio Health in the Marketplace and connect it to your practice. Vivlio runs inside Hint with your Hint sign-in, so there is no second account to create or password to manage.
Set up the practice once
Organization setup takes a contact, your group NPI and tax ID, and the appointment types Vivlio should work ahead of. The terms are accepted on the same screen.
Get verified on the networks
Vivlio registers the practice with the national record networks. Expect about a week. A Vivlio representative reaches out at the contact you gave while it is pending, and the status screen in Hint shows where you are.
Work from the record
Open a patient in Hint and Vivlio shows their outside record: requested electronically, de-duplicated and organized by section. With appointments pulled automatically, the record is ready before the visit.
The terms accepted in step two are the Master SaaS Services Agreement for Hint subscribers, which incorporates the Business Associate Agreement and the Electronic Networks agreement.

What Hint practices ask first.
- Do I need a separate Vivlio login?
- No. Vivlio opens inside Hint with your Hint sign-in. There is no separate Vivlio account to create.
- Who can use it?
- Clinicians with a valid NPI, for treatment. Access to the national networks requires the NPI, a declared purpose of use and a signed Business Associate Agreement, which is part of the subscriber terms.
- What do I agree to?
- The Master SaaS Services Agreement for Hint subscribers, accepted in the Marketplace. It incorporates Vivlio's Business Associate Agreement and the Electronic Networks agreement, both published on this site.
- How long until records start arriving?
- Network registration takes about a week after setup. Until it clears, the Vivlio screen in Hint says so and names who will reach out.
- Does Vivlio replace anything in Hint?
- No. Hint stays the system you run the practice in. Vivlio adds the outside record to the patient you already have open.

- Coverage comes firstVivlio retrieves from providers, hospitals and health systems it can reach through national exchange networks and direct connections. Name the facilities your patients come from on the form and we check coverage before anyone spends thirty minutes on a demo.
- You can say what the chasing costsThe form asks how many hours a week your team loses to chasing records. If nobody can put a number near it, the case for Vivlio is not there yet, and we would rather say so than sell you a demo.
- Patients and files at volumeThis is built for intake that runs every day. For one record, once, your patient can request it from the provider directly, and that will be faster than going through us.
- Treatment, with the paperwork doneProduction access needs an NPI, a declared purpose of use and a signed BAA. Nobody swipes a card onto live PHI.
